Introduction
With the theme of "Quality, faith and Devotion is our Motto", this academic institution was established on the 1st poush 2049 as a pioneer English medium school in the eastern part of Gulmi District, Baletaksar Bazaar. During its establishment, it was primarily for quenching the thirst of English education around its catchment areas. But now it has been able to meet all the benchmarks of quality education: language, skills, morality, professionalism, patriotism, exposure to the external world etc. It has been able to set the records in district and outside on the academic and E.C. activities for last two decades continually. It had to go with very hard time to withstand conflict era in the country however it never let the optimistic guardians and students down and has sustained to uphold genuine quality yet all the while. It is the matter of pride to all that this institution has set the foundation of quality education in a measurably way that pressurizes other academic institutions to follow it. To proceed its venture successfully, this institution has been supported by professionally dedicated qualified teachers, sound English environment, clean and peaceful school area, students-oriented teaching learning activities, a very regular ECAs and CCAs, young energetic and motivating administrator and regular guardians and students counseling. Therefore, The Rainbow has been the first choice to actualize the dream of career-based quality education for thousands of students of this century.
